Residential building Zehensdorf

On October 1, 2020  - an almost perfect autumn evening, KR Ing. Karl Scheucher invited to the official opening of the Zehensdorf 43 residential complex in our "hometown" Zehensdorf near Mettersdorf in southeast Styria.

All 16 units in a perfect and quiet location (5 minutes' walk from our company) were also made available to our employees and have now been completed and handed over. All tenants are already completely enthusiastic about the quality of living and the high-quality facilities with our parquet floors, underground parking, elevator, air conditioning and much more. Karl Scheucher is pleased that the residential complex provides added value for our region as well as to the residents and their families.

Martin and his girlfriend have already created their personal oasis of well-being. Practical side effect: the proximity to Martin's home. "My girlfriend and I like the apartment very much - best of all: the floor plan - it is particularly well thought out. The equipment of the apartment has exceeded our expectations and we really feel very comfortable" - said the happy tenants.
